Lemon Kale Chips

 Yummy! I got these off of a great website called "Tasty Kitchen". It is a delicious, healthy treat that tastes a lot like Nori, but without that "sea" flavor :)

Ingredients (Makes 2-4 servings):
1 bunch Kale (prepared And Washed)
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
¼ teaspoon Sea Salt

1) Preheat oven to 350°. Chop kale into ½ inch pieces and place in a large bowl.
2) With hands, massage oil, lemon juice and salt into the kale.Place on parchment-lined baking sheets.
3) Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes, until kale is dark green and crispy. Cool and serve.

    HEY! I have had a recipe similar to this lying around, guess I should try it since I have TONS of Kale in my fridge right now! Jenny
