That's right folks! This is as creamy and sweet as ice cream, but with absolutely no cream or sugar! I don't even know if these rightfully fall under the dessert category, seeing as these are almost a health food :)
Ingredients (Serves 16):
6 medium bananas
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1/4 cup of agave nectar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1) Blend all ingredients in a large food processor until smooth.
Choice #1: Place about 1/4 cup of mixture into each muffin cup, in a lined muffin tin (the muffin liners may need to be sprayed with cooking spray). Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Choice #2: Place mixture in a tupperware container and freeze for 2 hours. Scoop.
