Ingredients (serves 8):
1 large head of romaine lettuce, diced (I like to cut it up with scissors)
1/2 cup or more of croutons
Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons blanched or roasted almonds
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
