Tahini Almond Green Beans

By far my favorite side dish. These green beans are sweet and crunchy! I tweaked this recipe from "The Asian Vegan Kitchen"


Ingredients (Makes enough for 4):
2 Cups of green beans
2 tsps soy sauce
1/4 cup water

Dressing-
1 tblsp tahini
1 ½ tblsp sugar
1 tblsp apple cider vinegar
1 tblsp soy sauce

20 almonds

- In a large wok, saute green beans, soy sauce and water over medium heat until the green beans soften slightly. Set aside. 
- Whisk the dressing together.
- Toss green beans with the dressing over low heat. Add almonds. Enjoy!
