This is a great vegan sherbet that is easy to make and delicious. This is best if made in an ice-cream maker, but can also be blended in a blender and frozen in a sealed container.
1/2 cup agave nectar
1 cup chopped peaches
1 cup berries (strawberries and raspberries are great; I use frozen)
1 1/2 cups well-chilled soy, almond, or rice milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1) In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Transfer to an ice-cream maker, or seal-able container until frozen. Enjoy!
