Oh, mee ohhh myyy this stuff is yummy! I got it from a great Raw cookbook called "Rawvolution" (which is fabulous by the way) and can't get enough of it!!!! I tweaked it slightly (adding less liquid) because I like a thicker hummus. I will definitely be making this once a week to replace some of my other (ahh hum) fattier hummus recipes :)
Ingredients:
1 Zucchini, peeled and chopped into several segments
2-3 garlic cloves
1/4 cup of tahini
1/8 cup olive oil
1/8-1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 tblsp sea salt
