This is another great raw food recipe. This super delicious dip goes great with vegetables or crackers.
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cup cashews
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup of sun dried tomatoes (soaked in 1 cup water until plump)
2 tblsp raw tahini
1-2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp Italian dried seasoning
1) Strain sun dried tomatoes and keep the water (you will use this in the recipe)
2) Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Add reserved water as needed until desired consistency. Enjoy!
